Approved by BSI to ISO 9001:2015 we continue to ensure that our Customer's requirements are understood and importantly adhered to. Our systems enable full lot traceability, and that the relevant certification is provided. Our Automotive Customers demand that full PPAP documentation accompany sample batches, including SPC, FMEA, full Parts Submission Warrant that products are registered on the International Material Data System (IMDS). Material analysis is checked by PMI (Positive Material Identification) tester on sample and 1st off batches.
We are continuously looking to improve our processes and products to provide increased benefits to our Customers and ourselves, and our own emphasis on Supplier Development has been supported by increasing the size of our Quality Team.
